At Propane LP At Sunoco Station, we are committed to providing clear, fair, and compliant return and refund procedures. Because propane tanks and related equipment are regulated safety products, all returns must strictly comply with transportation regulations and safety standards.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, products must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and in original, undamaged condition
Returned in original packaging
Propane tanks must be completely empty, sealed, and safe for transport
Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Used or filled propane tanks
Custom-made or built-to-order products
Clearance or discounted items
Installed, opened, or used accessories
These exclusions are required to comply with hazardous materials transport laws and industry safety standards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within the 28-day return window:

Photos of the product and packaging (where applicable)
Once reviewed, a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions will be issued. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified error on our part
All returned items must comply with hazardous materials shipping regulations, including tanks being empty and sealed
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured freight carrier
Items received in used, damaged, or improperly shipped condition may be rejected and returned at the customerβs expense.
4. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved Refunds
Issued to the original payment method
Processed within 7β11 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
5. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved, customer-initiated returns not caused by seller error
No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our mistake (incorrect item or verified defect)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
