In some cases, delivery may occur faster; however, international logistics and postal systems can be unpredictable. While most shipments arrive within two weeks from dispatch, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, peak shipping periods, or local postal handling. Unfortunately, these factors are beyond our direct control.

To send payment through Western Union, follow these steps:

Select the destination country, enter the payment amount, and choose the delivery method (cash pickup).
Enter the receiver’s name exactly as provided by us.
Important: In some cases, Western Union may require the sender to call their customer support by phone to approve or verify the transaction. Until this verification is completed, the transfer may remain blocked and unavailable for pickup.
Complete the payment using your debit or credit card.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Please share this number with us to allow collection and order processing.
Western Union may temporarily hold or block transfers for:
Security or fraud-prevention checks
First-time senders
Large transaction amounts
International compliance requirements
If this happens, the sender may be required to contact Western Union directly by phone to confirm the transaction before funds can be released for pickup.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where applicable. Please note that tracking updates may vary depending on the courier and destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are not included unless explicitly stated. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by local customs authorities in the destination country.
